Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Client Policy Analyst - Compensation to join a specialized research team focused on executive pay and governance standards in North America and/or Latin America. You will serve as an internal SME for colleagues and external resource for clients, coordinating data and policy deliverables across global teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of compensation practices, the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, and experience training regional data teams.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with executive compensation issues and governance norms.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially while working remote.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, team‑oriented environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements to maintain data integrity.
• Train and coach data analysts to deliver quality data to policy analysts.
• Act as liaison between data team manager and policy team leaders to complete client deliverables.
• Review client voting policy application accuracy and prepare summaries of results.
• Deliver client reports in a timely manner.
• Support the broader policy team on data projects as needed.
• Explain compensation policies, methodologies, and analytics to the team.
• Utilize analytical tools and data models for detailed assessments.
• Limited travel internationally and to Manila as needed.
