Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review SEC filings and proxy statements focusing on executive compensation programs and share-based plans.
• Train and coach data analysts to deliver quality data to policy analysts.
• Coordinate with data team manager and policy team leaders to deliver client deliverables on time.
• Prepare client summaries explaining voting policy outcomes for specific proposals.
• Deliver client reports in a timely manner and support data projects as needed.
• Explain compensation policies, methodologies, and analyses to the broader team.
