Qualifications

• Familiar with executive compensation issues and governance norms.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, especially while working remote.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with multi-project management capability.
• Fluent in English (reader, writer and speaker).
• Experience with Excel (Microsoft Office 365).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive pay governance research.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review SEC filings and proxies, focusing on executive and share-based compensation to ensure data integrity.
• Train data analysts to deliver quality data for policy analyses.
• Act as liaison between data team and policy leaders to deliver client work.
• Review accuracy of client voting policies and prepare summaries.
• Deliver client reports in a timely manner.
• Support broader policy team in data projects as needed.
• Explain compensation policies, methodologies, and outcomes to the team.
• Use analytical tools and models to conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Limited travel internationally and to Manila, as needed.
