Job summary

Ally is seeking an Executive Partner to become the operational backbone for fast-moving teams, ensuring materials, suppliers, and designers stay on track.

You will coordinate across multiple workstreams, keep systems organized, and provide clear progress updates to leadership, with a remote-first setup spanning Asia/US time zones. Applicants thrive on structure, communication, and delivering rapid execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in DTC, physical products, or supply chain.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated -- doesn't wait to be told what to do next.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Experience with productivity software like monday.com (a plus).
• Has used AI tools in their workflow (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Keep track of progress on all materials being sourced
• Brief suppliers and designers on requirements and updates
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Record the progress and status of all projects in clear, organized systems
• Manage information flow across Slack, Notion, and Email
• Run clear weekly updates, briefs, and status reports
• Anticipate bottlenecks and flag issues before they become problems
