Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking a proactive EA/Outreach & Marketing professional to run outreach for two UK-facing clients. You will manage inboxes, craft on-brand copy, and maintain CRM data across HubSpot while producing social content and Canva graphics.

Role blends admin support with creative marketing, requiring strong English writing and meticulous attention to detail. Work is fully remote with UK-hours alignment (Philippines evenings into nights).

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant or similar.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, ideally with automation tools.
• CRM management experience (HubSpot ideal).
• Copywriting for outreach and social media.
• Canva design for social posts and adverts.
• Inbox management and light finance admin (invoice chasing).
• Basic marketing reporting experience.
• Technical tools: LinkedIn, HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, spreadsheets; Dripify or similar tools preferred.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• Strong research and attention to detail.
• Writes persuasive but non-pushy outreach; adapts tone for founders/landlords.
• Available for a full UK-hours shift (Philippines evenings into nights).

Responsibilities

• Client A: Manage inbox and correspondence in warm, confident brand tone.
• Client A: Prepare for meetings, take notes and send follow-ups.
• Client A: Set up and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns in Dripify.
• Client A: Manage HubSpot: keep contacts and pipeline up to date.
• Client A: Answer prospective members' questions about membership.
• Client A: Light credit control and invoice chasing.
• Client B: Research and build prospect lists of Airbnb hosts and landlords in West London and surrounding counties.
• Client B: Write and personalise outreach messages for prospective landlords.
• Client B: Create and schedule social content for LinkedIn and Facebook; refresh copy for print ads.
• Client B: Produce branded graphics in Canva; track activity and lead status in CRM/spreadsheet.
• Client B: Support ad-performance reporting and suggest messaging improvements.
