Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is hiring a commercially minded EA (Outreach & Marketing) to manage outreach for two UK-facing clients. The role combines admin-led relationship work with creative, marketing-led tasks.

You will handle inboxes, meetings, LinkedIn campaigns, CRM updates, and provide light finance admin. You will build prospect lists, craft personalised outreach, create social content, and refresh advert copy. Fully remote, 35 hours/week, UK hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Lead Generation Assistant or similar.
• Experience in LinkedIn outreach, ideally with automation.
• CRM management experience (HubSpot ideal).
• Copywriting for outreach and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbox and correspondence in Client A's brand tone.
• Prepare for meetings, take notes and send follow-ups.
• Set up and run LinkedIn outreach campaigns in Dripify.
• Manage HubSpot: keep contacts and pipeline up to date.
• Answer prospective members' questions about membership.
• Light credit control and invoice chasing.
• Research and build prospect lists for Client B outreach.
• Write and personalise outreach messages for landlords.
• Create and schedule social content for LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Refresh copy and creative for premium print adverts.
• Produce branded graphics in Canva.
• Track outreach activity, replies and lead status in a CRM or spreadsheet.
• Support ad-performance reporting and messaging improvements.
