Untapped is hiring a Marketing-Focused Founder’s Associate to own the founder’s LinkedIn presence and brand from the Philippines. The role leverages cutting-edge AI tools to streamline executive research, workflows, and daily founder support in a high-trust, fully remote environment.

You will craft executive-level content, manage communications, and build SOPs while coordinating recruitment activities and market research to support growth and operational momentum.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English with strong copywriting for B2B/executive audiences.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn for founders/executives and ghostwriting.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for content, research, prompts.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the founder's personal brand and LinkedIn presence, writing and posting ~5 high-impact posts weekly and engaging audiences.
• Embed AI tools into daily workflows, drafting candidate briefs and identifying process automations.
• Conduct structured market research and competitive intelligence to produce actionable insight packs for target markets.
• Provide robust administrative support to the founder: task tracking, interview coordination, calendar management, travel arrangements.
• Create SOPs, cheat sheets, and workflow docs to ensure consistent operations across the desk.
• Coordinate recruitment processes by maintaining CRM data and preparing candidate packs.

Untapped, a recruitment agency specialising in executive search, is hiring a full-time, permanent Marketing-Focused Founder's Associate. Operating remotely from the Philippines and aligning with UK business hours, you will step directly into a varied, high-trust environment. The primary mission is to take full ownership of the founder's brand and presence on LinkedIn, whilst leveraging cutting-edge generative AI tools to streamline executive research, operational workflows, and daily founder support.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the founder's personal brand and company LinkedIn presence, writing and scheduling around five high-impact posts weekly, engaging key audiences, and reactivating prospect conversations.
• Embed generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into daily workflows, from drafting high-standard candidate briefs to identifying process automations.
• Carry out structured market research, competitor intelligence, and job board analysis to compile actionable insight packs on target markets.
• Deliver robust administrative and operational support to the founder, including task tracking, interview coordination, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
• Create clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), cheat sheets, and workflow documentation to ensure consistent operational excellence across the desk.
• Coordinate recruitment processes by maintaining CRM data, preparing candidate presentation packs, and managing communications with clients and prospects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Flawless written and spoken English, paired with proven copywriting skills suited for B2B engagement and executive-level audiences.
• Solid background in organic LinkedIn management, social media content generation, and founder/executive ghostwriting.
• Hands-on proficiency with generative AI platforms (including Claude and ChatGPT) for content creation, research, and prompt engineering.
• Exceptional organisational and executive assistant skills, confident balancing multiple shifting priorities across personal and business administration.
• Demonstrated market research capabilities, with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail when compiling reports.
• Experience in process documentation, producing quick-reference guides, and developing clear operational SOPs.
