Job summary

Outsource Access is seeking a proactive operations support professional to serve as the central anchor across multiple business units. You will organize executive communications, manage complex calendars, and coordinate critical workflows while ensuring confidentiality.

You will track milestones, maintain engineering docs in Bluebeam and AutoCAD, and perform data analysis in Excel to keep finances and projects transparent and on track.

Qualifications

• A dynamic role supporting multiple arms of the business across admin, data reporting, and ops.
• Tech proficiency with MS 365 apps and project/document management tools.
• Ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and push tasks forward independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive communications and complex schedules across business units.
• Track milestones, manage engineering docs in Bluebeam and AutoCAD, and report progress.
• Perform data analysis in Excel and monitor payroll & expenses for accuracy.
• Safeguard confidential business data and act as trusted partner to leadership.
