Job summary

SnappyCX, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented DOE Coordinator Assistant with hands-on HHA Exchange experience to support EVV, visit maintenance, timesheets, and staffing. The role is remote with US ET hours and a full-time contractor schedule.

You will follow up on EVV activities, perform visit maintenance, conduct MAF follow-ups, and create and review timesheets to ensure on-time completion and sufficient staffing. Coordination experience is preferred and you must work independently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HHA Exchange experience is required.
• Experience with EVV, visit maintenance, MAF follow-ups, timesheets, and staffing.
• Coordination experience is preferred.
