Outsource Access is hiring for a remote role focused on US HR recruitment and operations support for senior care providers. You will screen candidates, manage workflows, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling while coordinating with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Ideal candidates bring fluency in English, familiarity with US HR practices, and the ability to work 20 hours weekly during US business hours from a home office with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of US HR policies, recruitment workflows, and candidate outreach.
• Excellent spoken and written English for calls, video meetings and collaboration.
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule caregiving and administrative talent for ready-to-work offices.
• Manage applicant workflows and maintain compliant documentation.
• Serve as a warm, professional voice bridging candidates, staff and leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRMs and internal systems while adhering to HIPAA.
