DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Scheduler to support a U.S.-based healthcare business from the Philippines. The role covers caregiver scheduling, onboarding, and staffing coordination to ensure coverage and quality patient care.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and 1–3 years in scheduling/HR coordination in healthcare, with strong English skills. The position is full-time, remote, with a Philippine-based work arrangement and EST-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 1–3 years of scheduling, HR coordination, or relevant admin experience in healthcare.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advertise caregiver roles and generate quality applicants.
• Schedule interviews and provide resumes and notes to interviewers.
• Coordinate onboarding: collect docs, send manuals, maintain records.
• Track document expirations and caregiver files in AxisCare.
• Prepare caregiver schedules every Wednesday for next two weeks.
• Follow up on unconfirmed shifts and fill open positions 48 hours prior.
