Job summary

Tarino is seeking a sharp, detail-focused Estimator to join our established Northern Territory plumbing business. This fully remote role allows you to work with the owner and a small team, owning the estimating function end to end—from tender setup on monday.com to take-offs, pricing and polished submissions for final review.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience estimating plumbing or related trades, strong ability to read drawings, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience preparing estimates for plumbing, hydraulics or a closely related construction trade.
• Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings, with accurate quantity take-off skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willing to use AI tools in the estimating process.

Responsibilities

• Review tender invitations and set up tenders on monday.com; organise documentation in OneDrive.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, plans and specs across plumbing scopes.
• Build accurate estimates for materials, labour and subcontractors aligned with margins.
• Prepare clear quotes and tender submissions for owner review.
