Job summary

D2B is seeking a Production Estimator to price a range of construction tenders remotely from the Philippines. You will handle take-offs, apply labour rates, and prepare comprehensive cost build-ups for diverse packages including carpentry, civil, metalwork, and FF&E.

The role supports Australian projects with office hours aligned to AEST. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in estimating, remote working experience, and strong communication with suppliers to secure pricing and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent not required but preferred in construction estimating
• Experience pricing Australian commercial construction projects is advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multiple tenders remotely with accuracy and speed

Responsibilities

• Take-offs and pricing from drawings using Cubit/Bluebeam.
• Apply SoR labour rates and supplier pricing for cost build-ups.
• Prepare tender templates, schedules, and compliance notes.
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain quotations.
