Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator / Tenderer with CAD drafting support for a fully remote, independent contractor engagement based in the Philippines. The role focuses on estimating and tendering (about 70%) and CAD drafting support (about 30%).

Electrical drafting background is preferred, though mechanical drafting experience is also welcome. The successful candidate will work with a Western Australian client, align with AU business hours, and operate in a fully remote setup

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating and tendering, including MTOs and BOQs.
• Experience with CAD drafting.
• Electrical drafting/technical background preferred.
• Mechanical drafting background may be considered for versatility across technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and tenders for projects.
• Develop Material Take-Offs (MTOs) based on project requirements and documentation.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Analyse project documentation and technical requirements to support estimating and tender submissions.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of tender documentation.
• Work with the client during onboarding to understand estimating processes and tendering methods.
