Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction technology or estimating software administration.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Edge Estimating, Bluebeam Revu, Excel (formulas/macros/Power Query) and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication to non-technical users.
• Remote work setup with reliable high-speed internet and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Database Management: update Edge Estimating data for costs and production factors.
• Template Creation: develop macro-enabled Excel sheets and standardized Word proposals.
• Bluebeam Optimization: standard toolsets, profiles, and markup layers for scopes.
• Training & Support: train new hires and troubleshoot software issues.
• Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks and propose workflow changes.
