Job summary

Hyre is seeking a Takeoff Assistant for a fully remote position in the Philippines. The role focuses on precise digital quantity takeoffs to boost throughput in the estimating department and supports Senior Estimators with quotes and data entry.

You will use Bluebeam and Edge Estimating tools, maintain accurate quantities, and help hand off completed work for final pricing. A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level to 2 years of professional experience in construction, estimating, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Digital quantity takeoffs for multiple disciplines using Bluebeam and Edge Estimating.
• Solicit, receive, and compile quotes from material suppliers and vendors.
• Input takeoff quantities and baseline pricing into estimating systems.
• Package completed takeoff and quotes for Senior Estimator review and pricing strategy.
• Meet production metrics and continuously improve estimating skills and accuracy.
