Job summary

MCI Careers in the Philippines is seeking energetic Account Prospecting Representatives for a remote, entry-level role with guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential. You will generate leads, plan outreach, and schedule meetings to drive growth across its BPO and CX services.

Ideal candidates are coachable, goal-oriented, aged 18+, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to type 20+ WPM.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
• Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of MCI’s call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the MCI executive team.
• CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
• Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around MCI’s services to engage and convert prospects.
