MCI is hiring an Account Prospecting Representative for a remote, entry-level role with guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential. The position focuses on outbound lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting to drive growth for our BPO services.

The ideal candidate is coachable, goal-oriented, and has strong communication, typing speed, and Microsoft Office skills. 18+ years old with a bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Typing 20+ words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify new prospects via outbound calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
• Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
• Make introductory calls and convey the value of MCI’s call center outsourcing solutions.
• Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the executive team.
• Log interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting.
• Craft compelling narratives around MCI’s services.
