Job summary

MCI is seeking motivated remote Sales Representatives in the Philippines to support outbound sales for a diverse client portfolio. You will engage with customers, promote products, and drive revenue via consultative selling and relationship building.

Bilingual ability is advantageous, and residing within 80km of any office is required. Candidates must have call center and work-from-home experience, with strong English language skills, fast internet, and quiet work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous call center experience required.
• Work from home experience
• Strong command of the English language
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM
• High speed internet connection
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
• Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present and promote products and services effectively
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
