MatchaTalent is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to identify new opportunities and manage enterprise sales cycles across Southeast Asia. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or related field; top-tier universities preferred.
2–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, enterprise SaaS or digital products.
Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles, 6+ months, with high-value deals (USD 100,000+).
Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions such as HR systems, DCPs, SFA, or document management.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize potential enterprise accounts across SEA through outbound and inbound strategies.
Engage with mid-to-senior-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and technology needs.
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Present and position AI-powered SaaS and enterprise tech solutions based on client objectives.
Develop customized sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
