Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production systems experience.
• Experience leading or managing software engineers and delivering across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend and full stack.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas with reliability and quality.
• Drive architecture decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to translate problems into execution.
• Coach engineers, manage performance and raise the team’s execution bar.
• Improve engineering processes, tooling and automation to move faster at scale.
