Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Android Jetpack.
• Experience shipping apps used by real users.
• Familiarity with API integration and data handling.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and AI-assisted journeys.
• Turn complex financial flows into fast, reliable mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineers from idea to production.
• Own app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases and release stability.
• Use analytics and feedback to improve post-launch.
