Job summary

BJAK is hiring remote full stack engineers based in the Philippines to build across the AI Neobank app, spanning frontend, backend, APIs and internal tools. You will create onboarding flows, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and risk workflows while maintaining clean UX and reliable backend logic.

Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and AI teams to ship quickly and iterate. Ideal candidates have real shipped products, strong frontend and backend fundamentals, and the ability to turn ambiguity

Qualifications

This role requires real shipped full stack products.
Ability to work across frontend, backend, APIs and data stores.
Strong English communication and product sense.

Responsibilities

Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and risk.
Turn ambiguous problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch and improve.
Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, and improve.
