Job summary

BJAK is seeking remote-friendly full stack engineers to build fast across our AI Neobank app. You’ll move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.

You should ship features end-to-end, own the work beyond release, and collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to ship reliable, scalable systems. Based in the Philippines, you will join a global team building next-generation financial apps with a focus on user

Qualifications

• Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging.
• Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue or similar modern stack.
• Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations and reliability.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows.
• Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Create onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, KYC and risk workflows.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into reliable systems with clean UX and solid backend logic.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
• Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and scale operations.
• Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, and continuously improve.
