Qualifications

• Proven track record building and shipping real production systems.
• Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning delivery.
• Strong depth in backend/frontend, APIs, databases or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to balance speed, scalability and maintainability with sound architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team across frontend, backend and full‑stack areas.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas with reliability and quality.
• Drive architectural decisions across APIs, databases, infra and customer‑facing systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI teams to translate problems into execution.
