Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Associate - HRO to oversee Employee Lifecycle Management. You will coordinate onboarding, support performance evaluations, administer benefits, and handle leave requests, relations, and exits.

You’ll monitor development programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HR lifecycle. Ideal candidates bring strong Experience with Workday HCM, English proficiency, and a background in commerce/economics/finance.

Qualifications
