The position plays a vital role in strengthening employee engagement, addressing workplace concerns, and safeguarding organizational integrity.
Partner with department leaders to provide day-to-day HR advisory services on employee relations matters, performance issues, and workplace conduct.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives that enhance morale, inclusion, and retention.
Manage workplace complaints and grievances by conducting thorough reviews, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate resolutions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Support disciplinary processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Contribute to the review, enhancement, and development of internal policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and related documentation.
Facilitate exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to management to address recurring concerns.
Work closely with HR Business Partners and operational teams to resolve employee issues in a timely and consistent manner.
Monitor clearance procedures and coordinate communication regarding employee separations.
Prepare and maintain reports on employee relations metrics such as attrition, attendance issues, case documentation, and regulatory submissions.
Provide guidance to employees on statutory benefits and employment verification processes when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to employee relations or a similar function is an advantage.
Experience within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is an advantage.
