Job summary

Genpact Services LLC (Philippines branch) is hiring for an Sr. Associate - HRO focusing on Employee Lifecycle Management. You will coordinate onboarding, manage performance assessments, and administer benefits while addressing employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications
