Job summary

G-P is seeking a Sr Human Resource Associate for its Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support HR, payroll and legal service providers for our international entities, with a focus on global onboarding and back-end HR operations.

This role demands experience across EMEA/APAC/AMER and a night-shift schedule on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Join a remote-first, globally distributed team and help optimize HR processes, documentation, payroll data and benefits administration while delivering

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable).
• Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience in a Shared Services environment.
• Experience managing onboarding processes across the Americas (Canada/Mexico/US/Brazil is a plus).
• Proficient in written and verbal English; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support employee life cycle processes including onboarding, data management, visa renewals, transfers and offboarding.
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, amendments and policies.
• Maintain employee records in the proprietary platform and handle data changes.
• Administer benefits enrollment and coordinate with brokers/insurers.
• Provide payroll data and collaborate with payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
• Audit data changes to ensure timely payment to professionals.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain SOPs.
