Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a strategic Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email Focus) to own end-to-end lifecycle programs for our B2B wholesale business in the Manila area. Email will be the primary engagement channel via Klaviyo, with a focus on data-driven segmentation, automation, and personalization to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

The role partners with Merchandising to develop campaigns for inventory opportunities, new product launches, and seasonal events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing with demonstrated ownership of strategy and execution.
• Expert Klaviyo proficiency with advanced segmentation, automation, personalization, reporting, and flow architecture.
• Proven experience building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and LTV.
• Strong experience with audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and personalized customer journeys.
• Excellent email design and content planning skills focused on conversion and UX.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into strategy.
• Experience managing testing strategies, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic email campaigns that support merchandising objectives, including slow-moving inventory and seasonal collections.
• Partner with Merchandising to identify inventory opportunities and build targeted segments that maximize sell-through.
• Create automated and campaign-based workflows for restocks, launches, and limited inventory opportunities.
• Use purchase history and browsing behavior to recommend products and improve inventory movement.
• Analyze product performance and customer engagement to propose lifecycle campaigns that boost revenue.
