Job summary

Hireframe seeks a patient‑facing care coordinator to support elderly residents with technology installations and ongoing service. You will explain equipment, obtain consent, schedule installers, and assist social workers and families with tech questions, escalating to engineering as needed.

Remote, permanent role with nearshore collaboration; you will pull CRM reports, maintain records, and help improve processes.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional background strongly preferred (RN or allied health).
• Excellent spoken English with clear phone communication.
• Experience reaching out to patients or clients by phone.
• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage calendars and deadlines.
• Independence, initiative, and willingness to share feedback for process improvement.
• Comfortable working the UK schedule.

Responsibilities

• Explain technology to elderly residents and obtain consent for installation.
• Book installer visits and coordinate scheduling with installers.
• Address questions from residents, social workers, and families and escalate technical issues.
• Create playbooks for recurring questions to improve support.
• Pull reports from CRM and maintain records of interactions.
• Participate in weekly calls with social workers to discuss data insights.
• Protect data and ensure timely follow-ups and documentation.
