Job summary

Hireframe is seeking a hands-on Care Services Support Specialist to assist elderly residents with technology, explain equipment, and coordinate installer visits. You will work with social workers and families, answering basic tech questions and escalating issues to the engineering team as needed.

Most work is outbound and relationship-focused, not sales or call-center oriented. You will ensure smooth installation processes, document interactions in the CRM, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have care or patient-facing experience.
• Clear and empathetic phone communication in English.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Explain technology to residents and gain consent.
• Coordinate installer visits and bookings.
• Support social workers and families with tech questions.
• Escalate issues to engineering via Slack.
• Pull reports from the CRM and maintain records.
• Manage calendar, follow-ups, and deadlines.
