Job summary

Tidal is hiring a Logistics & Fulfilment Manager on a remote, independent contractor basis to oversee day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment, freight, and 3PL operations for an ecommerce brand. You’ll ensure accurate, on-time dispatch and maintain inventory visibility across partners.

You will collaborate with Customer Service and ecommerce teams, manage inbound shipments, and optimize costs and performance using Shopify and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with 3PL partners and freight carriers.
• Experience with Shopify and eCommerce workflows.
• Understanding of SLAs and inventory accuracy.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and fulfilment operations across multiple 3PL partners, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and within agreed timeframes.
