Job summary

Tidal is hiring a Logistics & Fulfilment Manager for a growing ecommerce brand. You will own day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment, freight, and 3PL operations, ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining inventory visibility and partner performance.

The role is remote, independent contractor, full-time (~40 hours/week) with alignment to Australian business hours and occasional peak-period adjustments.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, or related roles.
• Experience managing 3PL partners and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on with Shopify and ecommerce order fulfilment workflows.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, inventory accuracy, freight performance.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and operational systems; Sage ERP preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, analytical, and independent problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment across multiple 3PL partners.
• Monitor SLAs, resolve fulfilment or warehouse issues, maintain partnerships.
• Manage inbound shipments, receiving, and inventory discrepancies across platforms.
• Handle freight carriers, rates, delivery performance, and escalations.
• Coordinate logistics for product launches, promotions, and peak periods.
• Track fulfilment speed, order accuracy, freight costs, and 3PL performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and eCommerce to resolve operational issues.
