Job summary

Tidal is seeking a Logistics & Fulfilment Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment, freight, and 3PL operations for a growing ecommerce brand. You will ensure accurate and timely order dispatch, strong inventory visibility, and high partner performance from a remote location.

You will coordinate with Shopify and various ERP and logistics platforms, optimize SLAs and reporting, and work with cross-functional teams to improve delivery speed and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain or similar roles.
• Experience managing 3PL partners, warehouse operations, inbound shipments and freight.
• Hands-on with Shopify and ecommerce order fulfilment workflows.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, inventory accuracy and logistics costs.
• Sage ERP experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and spoken English with cross-team coordination.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and fulfilment across multiple 3PLs; ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor SLAs, resolve issues and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Oversee inbound shipments, stock visibility and inventory accuracy.
• Manage freight rates, delivery performance, and escalated delivery issues.
• Coordinate logistics for launches, promotions, and peak periods.
• Track fulfilment speed, costs, and 3PL performance; report insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and eCommerce to keep order flow smooth.
