Job summary

More Staffing LLC seeks an Operations Lead to drive day-to-day ecommerce and supply chain execution for a fast-growing DTC apparel brand. You will own inventory planning, procurement coordination, logistics, and fulfillment across Shopify, ERP, and multiple 3PLs.

The role emphasizes hands-on process execution, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement, while not directing strategic leadership. Strong organization and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ecommerce operations, supply chain operations, logistics, inventory coordination, or procurement.
• Experience supporting DTC ecommerce brands.
• Experience reviewing inventory forecasts or supporting demand planning processes.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or managing purchase orders.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, or overseas vendors.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and international shipments.
• Experience working with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs or fulfillment partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.
• Highly proactive communication and supplier follow‑up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
• Ability to identify operational issues early and proactively recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recurring operational responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning and procurement to ensure stock availability across multiple warehouses and channels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to keep shipments on schedule and cut delays.
• Maintain and review ERP/inventory dashboards and purchasing trackers for accuracy.
• Collaborate with ecommerce/fulfillment teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Monitor day-to-day performance of fulfillment partners and streamline operational workflows.
