Job summary

Wing is seeking an E-commerce Operations Lead to join a fully remote global team. You will manage Amazon/e-commerce activities, update listings, and pull sales data into spreadsheets while coordinating FBA shipments.

You’ll support accounting by feeding inventory data into Pilot and preparing month-end packages for the CPA. This role requires strong English communication, process-improvement capability, and meticulous numerical work.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, comprehension, and speaking skills are required.
• Capable of building and improving processes (SOPs) and working independently.
• High attention to detail in spreadsheets, invoices, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon & e-commerce advertising, listings, and inventory; pull sales data into Excel; coordinate FBA shipments.
• Feed inventory data into Pilot accounting software; process invoices and month-end packages for CPA.
• Maintain USDA/FDA compliance files; coordinate with 3PLs and customs brokers; handle cross-entity workflows.
