Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Marketing Manager (Amazon & Shopify) to drive profitable growth across Amazon and Shopify. This part-time role offers potential to grow into full-time leadership as the business expands.

You will manage paid advertising, optimize listings, monitor metrics, and coordinate creators; a remote role with flexible EST schedule, 20 hours per week, suitable for independent, proactive candidates.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
Hands-on experience with Shopify.
Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google Ads, and Google Shopping.
Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
Experience with email marketing and customer retention strategies.
Experience coordinating UGC creators, influencers, or other marketing content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive and comfortable identifying opportunities without waiting to be assigned every task.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon PPC, Meta Ads, Canva Facebook and Instagram advertising, Google Ads, and Google Shopping campaigns.
Monitor advertising spend, sales performance, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, CPC, CTR, and other key performance metrics.
Optimize campaigns, bids, keywords, audiences, budgets, and creative to improve profitability.
Identify wasted advertising spend and recommend where additional budget should be invested.
Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
Monitor and optimize Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
Review Amazon search‑term and advertising data and monitor listing health.
Review Shopify product pages and customer journeys to identify conversion opportunities.
Develop and test offers, bundles, promotions, and other conversion strategies.
Coordinate UGC creators and micro‑influencers, including outreach, product seeding, creative briefs, and content organization.
Identify high‑performing creative and coordinate new variations for advertising and marketing campaigns.
Manage email marketing and improve automated customer retention flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, replenishment, and win‑back campaigns.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, listings, advertising, and customer experience.
Respond to appropriate customer inquiries across Shopify, Amazon, and social media.
Maintain a weekly e‑commerce performance report covering sales, advertising, conversion, retention, customer service, inventory concerns, and ongoing tests.
Analyze what is working and what is not, recommend improvements, and identify the next opportunities to test.
Work independently and proactively identify tasks and growth opportunities that can move the business forward.
