Job summary

Tidal is seeking a Logistics & Fulfilment Manager for a growing eCommerce brand. This remote role oversees day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment, freight, and 3PL operations to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

You will coordinate across Shopify and ERP platforms, monitor SLAs, improve inventory visibility, and report key metrics. The position is full-time and remote with flexible hours to suit product launches and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics or fulfilment experience in eCommerce or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple 3PL partners and inventory.
• Strong English communication and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment operations across 3PL partners.
• Monitor SLAs and resolve fulfilment issues.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage freight carriers and shipping costs.
• Plan logistics for product launches and peak periods.
• Report on fulfilment speed, accuracy, and 3PL performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and eCommerce to maintain order flow.
