Job summary

Getwingapp is hiring an E-commerce Operations Lead for a 100% remote role with US work hours (40h/week). You will manage Amazon advertising, optimize listings, pull sales data into Excel, monitor inventory, and coordinate FBA shipments.

You will also support accounting via Pilot, prepare month-end packages, maintain compliance files, and liaise with 3PLs and brokers. Successful candidates are detail‑oriented, process-driven, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, comprehension, and speaking skills are required.
• Must be capable of building and improving processes (SOPs) and work independently.
• High attention to detail to avoid errors in spreadsheets, invoices, or inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Amazon & E-commerce: Manage advertising, update listings, pull sales data, monitor inventory, and coordinate FBA shipments.
• Accounting Support: Pull inventory data for Pilot, enter invoices, and prepare month-end packages for CPA.
• Compliance & Logistics: Maintain USDA/FDA compliance files, coordinate with 3PLs and brokers, handle cross-entity workflows.
