Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd seeks a proactive EA/All-Rounder/Personal Assistant to support the Director across multiple ventures. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor engagement for Philippines-based candidates, aligned with AU business hours.

You will manage emails, invoicing, CRM, social media, and financial admin using Xero, Hostaway, and Klaviyo, coordinating with internal teams and external clients to keep tasks on track and finances reconciled.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Assistant/PA or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and personal assistance to the Director across multiple businesses.
• Manage and organise emails, ensuring important enquiries and actions are followed up promptly.
• Maintain well-organised files and documentation across Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Oversee publishing operations: invoicing, Xero reconciliation, and payments via Stripe; coordinate team communications via email/WhatsApp.
• Airbnb & Travel Management: manage social media content and bookings via Hostaway for the Director's properties.
• Perform bank reconciliations in Xero and issue client invoices.
