Job summary

Wing is hiring a General Virtual Assistant to join our remote team in the Philippines. The role involves pricing management, product sourcing, PO auditing, ETA tracking, logistics coordination, invoice preparation, and sales support. You will work with ERP systems and escalate issues as needed.

We seek a proactive, tech-savvy VA with 6 months to 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a graveyard shift from home. Salary is ₱25,000–₱30,000 per month.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Experience in e-commerce/procurement is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have completed Senior High School.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work a graveyard shift.
• Tech-savvy with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Willingness to be trained and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Price management: upload supplier price lists, promotions, and competitor mappings into ERP and Store systems.
• Source products, evaluate suppliers, and add new partners to company systems.
• Audit and draft POs, verify supplier confirmations against internal orders.
• Track ETAs with suppliers and update WeClapp ERP; inform internal teams.
• Coordinate with carriers for quotes, labels, and delivery; liaise with UPS/ DHL/DSV.
• Prepare commercial invoices and resolve shipping delays or inquiries.
• Create/update SKU data per SOPs; draft quotes or sales orders as needed.
