Job summary

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistants to support online retailers across the US. You will manage product listings, process orders, maintain inventory, assist customers, and ensure smooth operations across platforms.

Candidates should have 2+ years in e-commerce, experience with major platforms, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets. This is a remote role based in the Philippines with ET business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Etsy or eBay.
• Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and verbal).
• Available to work during Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Process customer orders and monitor order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update product availability.
• Conduct product and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer claims.
• Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports.
• Monitor product pricing and marketplace compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams as needed.
• Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions across all platforms.
