HireHawk is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to source and place talent for U.S.-based digital commerce teams. This is a full-time contractor role, remote with priority given to candidates aligned with U.S.

business hours (PST preferred). You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with clients to close offers.

Qualifications

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure—while partnering closely with clients to ensure successful, business-aligned hires. Core Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to different e-commerce roles (e.g., Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech, Customer Experience).
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and commercial mindset.
• Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
• Stay up to date on e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand roles, and compensation benchmarks.

Requirements Must-Haves for the Role

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce-related positions such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).

Nice‑to‑Haves for the Role

• Experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent in LATAM or the Philippines.
• Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with DTC brands, marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart), or omnichannel businesses.
• Background in staffing agencies, startups, or high-growth companies.
