You will write compelling job posts, source candidates, screen, and conduct first interviews, building a strong pipeline for rapidly growing teams. You will manage distribution across channels like LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph, and niche boards while headhunting passive candidates and ensuring fast shortlists.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting e-commerce talent.
• Able to discern real marketing talent from generic talk.
• Proven headhunting: placed people not actively seeking.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Write job posts and JDs tailored for each channel.
• Post and distribute on LinkedIn, Upwork, OnlineJobs.ph and niche boards.
• Source and headhunt top performers employed elsewhere.
• Screen applications and Loom submissions; verify portfolios and results.
• Run first interviews and provide concise shortlist notes.
• Manage hiring pipeline and move candidates through tests and interviews.
• Provide weekly pipeline and time-to-hire reporting.
