SUPPLIES STATION, INC. in the Philippines seeks a Fulfillment Manager – Shopify Online Store to oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, optimize performance and drive online sales.

You will coordinate with marketing, operations and fulfillment, manage product listings, inventory, promotions and customer service to deliver a seamless online shopping experience. This role involves leading a diverse team and ensuring branding, policies, and best practices are followed to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify online store.
• Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory information.
• Monitor website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor availability of items related to online orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, basket size, and customer retention.
• Implement merchandising strategies to improve product visibility and online sales.
• Manage website content updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure the online store complies with company branding, policies, and e-commerce best practices.
• Manage budget, financial forecast, and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial performance.
• Provide strong leadership to a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
