Job summary

Hirehawk is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own on-site and channel execution for a direct-to-consumer haircare brand. You will drive conversion rate optimization on Shopify, manage product pages on TikTok Shop and Amazon, and lead email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring smooth operations and rapid iteration.

You will collaborate with the Growth Director and retention partner to implement flows, optimize customer journeys, and scale the ecommerce stack with AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in a DTC ecommerce role.
• Hands-on Klaviyo campaigns and reporting.
• Worked on TikTok Shop and Amazon listing updates.
• Comfortable with Shopify app ecosystem; triage when issues arise.
• CRO mindset focused on the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO across the Shopify storefront PDPs and checkout flow.
• Run A/B tests and on-site experiments; manage tools and results.
• Maintain Shopify apps for upsell, reviews, subscriptions, and speed.
• Coordinate with creative to update imagery, copy, and UGC.
• Own PDP optimization on TikTok Shop and monitor performance.
• Support Amazon listing optimization and health checks.
• Execute end-to-end email campaigns in Klaviyo and flows.
• Manage tooling, SOPs, and integrations; scale channels.
