• Proven hands-on experience in e-commerce customer service, inventory forecasting, purchasing and international logistics.
• Excellent written and spoken English with precise communication and sound judgement on tone.
• Strong spreadsheet skills including multi-currency calculations and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zendesk inquiries covering products, accounts, deliveries, returns and refunds.
• Forecast product demand and purchasing expenditure; manage POs within budgets.
• Coordinate international logistics with suppliers and freight forwarders; track shipments.
