Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is hiring a Philippines-based E‑Commerce Marketing Specialist for an independent contractor role. The position is remote, ~20 hours per week, with some Australian business-hour collaboration. You will drive launch and growth of a consumer brand using Shopify, email, and paid campaigns.

You will work directly with the founder to optimize performance, coordinate content, and build customer acquisition and retention strategies in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing for DTC brands.
• Experience launching or scaling products within an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience including product pages and conversions.
• Proven experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing platforms for lifecycle campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital launch strategy across channels.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok for ROAS and acquisitions.
• Optimize Shopify store pages, product pages, and CRO.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
• Coordinate creators and content, including short-form video for ads.
