Hunt St is seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator based in the Philippines to work directly with the Director. This independent contractor role focuses on marketing execution—turning direction into a disciplined, end-to-end process that delivers content to market on schedule.

Responsibilities expand from core marketing to operations, CRM (HubSpot) management, and structured reporting. Growth opportunities increase autonomy as milestones are met, with remote collaboration across AU business

Qualifications

• Experience driving a content calendar or end-to-end marketing process.
• Experience in financial services or professional services content is required (not preferred).
• Strong organisational discipline with ability to chase for deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written English in a professional/financial register.
• CRM experience essential; HubSpot strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to HubSpot workflow architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Director's marketing direction into a structured, written plan with channels, cadence, audiences and success metrics.
• Build and maintain a content calendar over weeks/months, not ad-hoc posting.
• Chase and interview the Director to extract content for the plan.
• Edit and polish raw material into publish-ready content.
• Track engagement and report on performance; maintain brand consistency across templates.
